Ser creativos. Thinking different
---
---
I think we basically agree that a creative person is not a guru, not a miracle of nature, or a person so different from most mortals.
It is clear, moreover, that to carry out any work with minimal knowledge of the profession must first be aware of our abilities and then formed to develop and improve them.
After many years working in advertising agencies and creative of various origin and condition, I have to admit that the myth of the bohemian creative and informal way I have been dropped. I'm not really a specialist in analyzing this type of profile but if I think I can conclude that along with the undoubted qualities of great creative, some adored as gods of Olympus, and others less fortunate and recognition but of equal or greater value, there are large doses passion for their work. I think therein lies the key, and I think that's essentially what defines and differentiates. Passion for their work, creative thinking.
These are times of change. After the turbulent past and what remains now is to adapt to the new scenario. Nothing will ever be the same, but it is not bad at all. One resource to help us is certainly creative thinking.
Viewing networks a few days ago about creative thinking, raised four keys to be creative, to have a creative ability:
1. Knowing what motivates us most. Self-knowledge, the discovery of what interests us, what we like, as we noted, the engine of our body and mind. The leit motive
2. Passion. Place large doses of this condition in the things we do, give it our 5 senses, adding the body and soul. Fuel for action.
3. Discipline and knowledge. Teamwork, self-requirement communication. And training, active implementation is appropriately in the learning process.
4. Risk. Taking risks, thinking that the failures help us in learning, there is no progress without risk.
So being creative is a mental process that we apply to our daily life. They say that is not creative, it may be due to several reasons, including:
he does not know
because it has never learned
because nobody has taught him
because he has not practiced.
Surprised? You should not be pregnant
You can be, should be. You need him, your company needs. It is a quality of leadership, entrepreneurship, and a guarantee for success.
Change your way of seeing things, changes the way you interpret them, and change the ways of resolving them. Apply creative thinking.
---
¿Sorprendido? No deberías estarlo
Tu puedes serlo, debes serlo.

Most community managers are not entirely satisfied with the interaction that exist in their communities, always want more activity and conversation among participants. Here are some tips we have more interaction in your community:
Make the player community
Give your community respect it deserves, not hide behind or links on a page with difficult access. Highlight it on the main page, if you're serious about the community, give it the seriousness it deserves. Show them you value their opinions displaying its contents with your editorial, at the end of it is all about the members of your community and the conversations they generate. The hide behind a link is not going to help and what can happen is that you will lose.
Simplicity is key
Do not need a super design with all the latest plugins that exist on social media, (eg social get sexy bookmarks, add this, etc..) Most of the time are more distracting than what you generate. Keep the simplicity of your community, focus on the content and keeping it basic. There's nothing wrong with the community around your brand is based on a single page blog or a forum. Super sophisticated designs with a lot of things are a reflection of the egocentricity of a mark, and we know you have a big budget for digital, there will not have to rub in the face. The important thing is not it look nice the community page, but there is interaction and engagement among members and with you.
Give me a reason
Entry explains what the motive of the community, there are many communities that form around nothing. Have a clear purpose and defined what is your community. You're a mark, explain to your customers why your community is not an element of a mass communication strategy. Keep it short, simple and to the point.
Be Active
As a manager gives the community have to be the most active. Know your members, you can not gather with one another if we do not know and you know what they do. You can not learn from them if you do not participate and socialize with each and every one of them.
Be an example to follow, if you are not active and enjoy what you do your community is going to notice.
Build relationships
Do not be the only one that generates content. If this happens it is because you're the only member of your community. Salt and looking for members, it is easier than ever, comments on the blogs of others, know, interact with them. Do not harass or fill them with spam, you want to join yours. Today is simple because we have social networks like Facebook and Twitter where people are constantly expressing their interests, take advantage of technology platforms that will make the process easier.
Just remember that there is nothing written and no rules to follow. Imagine that this is a big party with many people talking simultaneously, can not be in all the conversations at the same time, participate in all. Enjoy, have fun and if you can tell us how it went.

First stop on the social media strategy - Facebook
There is a lot more to a social media strategy than Facebook. But it's nearly always the first consideration and for good reason. That's where the audience is. It has by far the majority market share of the social media activity on the web.

So in a lot of cases, it's the starting point to convincing the business and building a successful social strategy. So what happens if you get stopped at the first hurdle. 'We don't have a social fit'. 'It's for teenagers' and so on.
In some cases you find that it’s not that Facebook is not a recognised channel. It’s just not valued enough because it’s a newer channel, so it’s more uncomfortable territory when signing off budget. Some questions surrounding credibility, to be in such a social channel and fear of the crowd. In these instances budget and business support can be non existent. I’ve put together a few of the most common objections that I’ve come across in this infographic, along with a few very honest answers.
After the first hurdle, measurement is the deciding factor
Once you have got past the first hurdle. The last point 'proving return on investment' is without doubt the most contentious. If you have an ecommerce side to your business it's easy enough to put Google analytics in place to segment and tag your referrals from Facebook. Vouchers and other unique Facebook only tactics can also start to give you an indication of business value.
But it's the softer measures that are more difficult to to prove, but can be equally as valuable to your business. Sometimes the best way to get buy in, is to compare it to existing value metrics, used in other channels. For instance - each new 'like' (fan) has a value to your business. In the same way that capturing an opted in email address has a value to the business. Frequency of message / propensity to convert - is still valid.
Other softer value measures such as feedback, research and customer service can all be extra 'business value' arguments. Ultimately measurement and proof, is a much more detailed discussion and it's certainly not a one size fits all. But ultimately confidence and a successful leap over the first hurdle comes first.

Social media marketing: marketing in the era of social networking
---
---
The Social Media Marketing (SMM) is one of the new forms of communication for companies to interact with their target markets, publishing articles and useful and attractive multimedia content, blogs, social networks, microblogging sites, Wikis, Podcasts , among others, in order to influence positively, positioning the brand, increase your visibility and sell the products.
It is essential that the company has clear reason to be in social media, as well as understand what you want to achieve through them. For the SMM to be successful, the strategy must clearly state the goals to achieve and select the networks that coalesce most users in your industry. In general, the names entered in the most popular performing actions on a trial and error, without a long-term strategic line.
The objectives, as in any other area of the company must be measurable, adding value to the brand, increase your visibility and sell the products, always bearing in mind that is based on a dialogue between the company and users, whether customers or not .
Second, we must examine very well the target audience the company is directed by evaluating the activities in social networks, which use, how often, why. In this way you can focus the company's business potentially important groups.
Using free tools like those provided by the site www.globalwebindex.net, we know if our audience is more likely to take photos, write blogs or other, and to plan the strategy. This site provides data on the behavior of people of different ages in different countries, with data that were obtained after extensive surveys in various regions, resulting in a database that reflected the preferences of Internet users five continents.
Being clear about the objective and the profile of people who are going to run, the company must select the social media best suited to your overall web strategy, the use that will give each of them, and disseminate content tone used in communication in each case, as each medium has its own particularity. It is best to choose a few ways and invest a little time observing how they work, what is accepted by the group and refused.
Alternatives in social media
Make comments on other blogs: Blogging of participating in conversations, build relationships with other members of the blogosphere and make useful comments, in order to attract traffic to the company's blog. For that we need to investigate other blogs related to the subject company to participate giving opinions.
Using video as a marketing tool: Youtube is the second search engine and is currently the most widely used to share videos. Although not unique in its kind, the company's presence in it, greatly increases the contact points.
Twitter, the micro-blogging platform that allows you to post messages of up to 140 characters, is a useful tool for Networking with colleagues, clients, industry members and instant communication with contacts (new and potential), and can spread an idea , get opinions, share links, promote products and services to a defined audience, to publicize the content of blogs, etc.
Google, Yahoo Groups and other group lists is a place where the company can find your target audience. Each group has a list of fans with contact email to which you can send a message and what the company must do to sharpen your aim is to choose by names related to what the company wants.
LinkedIn is a great source of B2B exchange. It can find all types of groups listed by interests, professions, company affiliation, place of study, etc..
Facebook is a powerful tool to build relationships, increase brand visibility and target specific market niches. Its usefulness lies in that each company can create your corporate website with information about activities, events, news of your industry and comment on their products, in a place that allows interaction with the public, allowing potential customers to establish a relationship beyond purely commercial, and from there to send traffic to their official website.
Integrating all the above, we may publish such content in the wall of Facebook, Twitter promote, engage in a discussion on LinkedIn, answering questions on Yahoo and comment on posts on favorite blogs every week.
Success factors in a Social Media Campaign
1. Each community is different, and each has unique goals: The Fellowship of Facebook does not behave like that of Twitter or YouTube. Effective campaigns understand the interest, and the rituals of the community and learn how to address those desires.
2. Enhance the interaction of members of the community: social campaigns and most successful efforts involve the audience, encouraging feedback. Members of social networks have a special preference for self-expression, so campaigns must address these needs with the right tools
3. Viral, the company's message to spread word of mouth, social networks are designed to quickly move information from member to member and enhance the viral media campaigns are more successful.
4. Providing a satisfying experience, different, useful or relevant: The content and navigation should meet the expectations of the community according to their social and age composition.
5. Integrate the campaign with other marketing activities of the company, using multiple channels and media to enhance the total activity.
6. Listen to what people say about the brand. With this action, we can obtain the information necessary to produce relevant content and form and our Social Media strategy.
Conclusion
For the Social Media Marketing A successful strategy must first raise they want to accomplish in the social networks and join those that most users clump in its sector, with the aim of influencing in a positive way to position the brand, increase visibility and sell the products.
