"The brands fail to mature enough to not promote social networking."

The 8 criteria are:
1. Establish the community's expectations
It is necessary to establish clearly the dynamics and rules to avoid creating wrong expectations on the fans. It is also important to set the rules for participation clarify the reasons why a post may be deleted.

2. Take actions cohesive
Provide a holistic experience that makes sense with the image of the brand is a key starting point for designing a homepage. This will create an environment familiar to fans and to differentiate the page from those of other brands. Do not forget that these pages are part of the brand image in the same way that Web sites.

3. Keep the page updated
It is important to maintain a constant interaction with new and current content. Users who come to the page for the first time want to know if the company is present in it, and those already registered as fans need reasons to stay involved.

4. Provide the post of authenticity
Building trust through personal interaction with a 'human touch'. One of the peculiarities is that Facebook encourages users to use their real name, companies should follow this path and identify employees who manage the site, with the actual name, photo and profile data. Thus users have the sense to talk to a human being and not a 'corporation'.

5. Engage in dialogue
Users are used to communicate with each other through discussion, brands that want to be part of this phenomenon must take care to attend such dialogues. That also provides the best possible interaction with consumers and generate a feeling of closeness. It is important to remember that Facebook generated conversations cascading impacts, as each conversation will appear on the home pages of an average of 130 contacts.

6. Promote interaction Peer-To-Peer

The ultimate goal of any marketing action is to sell. The official website of a brand on Facebook can be a good tool to achieve sales and not only deal with issues of image. For example to offer discounts or services can be arranged on the page.

2. Llevar a cabo acciones cohesivas

Be creative. Thinking Different

Ser creativos. Thinking different

---

---

I think we basically agree that a creative person is not a guru, not a miracle of nature, or a person so different from most mortals.

It is clear, moreover, that to carry out any work with minimal knowledge of the profession must first be aware of our abilities and then formed to develop and improve them.

After many years working in advertising agencies and creative of various origin and condition, I have to admit that the myth of the bohemian creative and informal way I have been dropped. I'm not really a specialist in analyzing this type of profile but if I think I can conclude that along with the undoubted qualities of great creative, some adored as gods of Olympus, and others less fortunate and recognition but of equal or greater value, there are large doses passion for their work. I think therein lies the key, and I think that's essentially what defines and differentiates. Passion for their work, creative thinking.

These are times of change. After the turbulent past and what remains now is to adapt to the new scenario. Nothing will ever be the same, but it is not bad at all. One resource to help us is certainly creative thinking.

Viewing networks a few days ago about creative thinking, raised four keys to be creative, to have a creative ability:

1. Knowing what motivates us most. Self-knowledge, the discovery of what interests us, what we like, as we noted, the engine of our body and mind. The leit motive

2. Passion. Place large doses of this condition in the things we do, give it our 5 senses, adding the body and soul. Fuel for action.

3. Discipline and knowledge. Teamwork, self-requirement communication. And training, active implementation is appropriately in the learning process.

4. Risk. Taking risks, thinking that the failures help us in learning, there is no progress without risk.

So being creative is a mental process that we apply to our daily life. They say that is not creative, it may be due to several reasons, including:

he does not know

because it has never learned

because nobody has taught him

because he has not practiced.

Surprised? You should not be pregnant

You can be, should be. You need him, your company needs. It is a quality of leadership, entrepreneurship, and a guarantee for success.

Change your way of seeing things, changes the way you interpret them, and change the ways of resolving them. Apply creative thinking.

¿Sorprendido? No deberías estarlo

Tu puedes serlo, debes serlo.
